Meet the Team

Balazs is a consultant cardiac surgeon also engaged in gradual and postgraduate surgical education. His research field features several novel aspects of the application of medical 3D modelling and rapid prototyping, in support of pre-surgical planning. He takes place in product development and “dreaming” about concept and future of Youranastomosis, and in operation, management of company, sales and networking.

Peter is a seasoned advisor, lecturer, conference speaker and specialist in disruptive innovation, exponential technologies and industry4.0, having several transformation projects, a PhD and a Harvard degree under his belt. At Youranastomosis, he is responsible for linking dreams with reality, problems with solutions and our products with the market – all with the ultimate purpose of making surgical education data-driven.

Tamas is an experienced CFD/Quality engineer from the field of automotive and paragliding industry with many successful zero-to-hero product developments behind his back. He is life long student and also the guy who make the dreams come true with a special kit includes the ability of “getting things done” with innovative solutions in excellent quality.

Emilia is an experienced sales manager with demonstrated history of working in the health care sector, in the medical device industry. In the last 30 years, she gained her experience from several big multinational companies like, Johnson & Johnson and Mölnlycke Health Care. At Youranastomosis, she is responsible to find and create alternative selling channels, to implement with customizing the multinational culture in organizational set up, customer service and project management.

Gyorgy is an engineer who has an educational background in information technologies and business information technologies and is experienced in 3D animation and CFD fields. With his analytical mindset, practical thinking, 3D modeling skills and the love of making well organized and informative data tables he takes part in IT and CFD related developing, 3D modeling and also technical and operational tasks.

Greta is the office manager, with experience managing multiple teams and handling a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. She is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols and streamlining administrative procedures. She considers herself a ’forever student’. She is continuously working on to improve the productivity of the team and ensuring office operations.

Stefi is a consultant in EU funding. She has graduated with MSc degree in European and International Studies (focus on European programs and policies) at University of Aix-Marseille. She has experience in grant application (Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, ERDF), understanding of jurisdiction part of the MedTech and educational elements of the project, engaged in development of processes of organization and user connection. She is the most Frenchiest in the team.

Borbála has various degrees in economics, both basic and master courses, for example, Commerce and Marketing, Management and Leadership, and Marketing. The focus of her studies so far has always been healthcare, she is currently studying Healthcare Management and she started her Ph.D. in the fall of 2022, where her research topic is "The acceptance of innovative healthcare procedures and technologies". She is the heart of the crew, keeping it energized with her continuous spin and bright smile. She takes place in management and marketing processes.
